That depends on where your RemoveExistingProducts action is sequenced. Check the SDK on the 4 common placements and the effects they have. If it is late in the sequence then your new files are already installed before the older product is ...

Well, changing the file versions would be the place to start. There are rules that must be followed, and a failure to do so will generally cause you problems down the road. Most companies use major.minor.rev.build and it seems to work for them.

I'm not much of a WiseScript guy, but does %MAINLINE% always hold this value with F: or does it get redefined at some point? Do you have an F: drive on your local system?

I can't compile to test anything at the moment, but in your System Search definition you should have a 0 for Item Field since you on;y have one item. Also, the value of the property is a string so you might have better luck doing your Condition ...
