I agree. We're testing this on a Windows 2000 server with 1 GB of RAM.  If I have the console open, the amount of RAM used on my server is over 1 GB.  Come on Symantec!

I don't remember the exact error I was getting, but I had a similar issue where Symantec Antivirus 10's tamper protection was squashing my BE services. Disabling tamper protection in SAV fixed my issue.
