So, I had to uninstall LiveUpdate, and completly reinstall it. I was worried about this due to this being the SEPM server, but it seems to be ok. After the reinstall of LiveUpdate, the install of the SEP client is no problem. Thanks.

Forgot to include the install is x86, on a Windows 2003 R2 SP2 Enterprise host fully MS patched.

I need a solution I am installing the SEP 11 client on the SEPM server. It was installed before, but I had problems getting it to LiveUpdate. Funny how the SEPM server's LiveUpdate is working, but not for the client on
