Our experience wtih traditional instructor-led or virtual classroom training that Symantec offers is lacking... greatly. Our best bang for the buck was when we had a consultant from ITS make an on-site visit. Huge jumpstart.

Thanks - I also got the suggestion that manipulating a DB is easier than Excel, so I might try reading the spreadsheet into a SQL table and using that.

Thanks for the response - this is what I did: I edit the embedded link component, and click the elipsis on output data, and add the variables in that I want to clear. Seems a little more more straight forward.
