Job Title: Support and Systems Managment Coordinator

Biography:

Currently Support Coordinator for School District in Chicago Western Suburbs. Responsible for 33 sites over 50 square miles with 9,000 nodes and 17 support technicians. We are currebntly implementing Altiris NS and DS including the Help Desk.
