I tried the fslx.sys exclude from the Trend Scanner and that did not help with my test systems. I do have 4 of the Trend Processes in the ProcessIgnoreList as well...

I've still been working with Trend Micro editing Reg - entries etc. Still no new progress on this, I may call Altiris soon and see if I can get some direction from their support.

As of right now I have only excluded the directories for Altiris and SVS from Trend Micro. That has not helped so far.
