I think those errors were causing by EV Sandbox Converter temp files not being properly locked and were corrected in EV 2007 Service Pack 6, but also can be caused by the temp files generated in the %temp% location while converting items to HTML ...

Archive Explorer requires some XSL "magic" which is only avaialable on Internet Explorer so not supported on MAC OSX and that's why the icon isn't available.
