As per the snapshot its seems that only SEPM system client is connected to SEPM that means there is some communication issue between this system to all clients. Please check your windows firewall and also follow the KN provided by Ashish Sharma.

It will automatically remove and install SEPM If SAV (Symantec Antivirus) in place. But not sure about other AV.

I think you client is managed with SEP server and there will be policy configured to block USB drives.. Please make sure to exclude printing device and Human Interface from exclusion list.
