On many Windows 7 Enterprise x 64 SP1 Clients, the "Symantec Management Agent"-Service (aeXNSAgent.exe) is not running. When i start the Service manually, the Service stops again after circe 30 seconds. The Agent.log from I start the Service manually till it stops:
