Unfortunately it only works on desktop clients and not the server itself. They do offer a program that you could use to backup the server, but we do not have that one.

The Proactive Threat Prevention is not supported on servers as far as i know, so that would explain that much. You should probably uninstall it and reinstall with only the AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection.
