Is there a way to more effectively sort and organize queries in the incident queries view? As the query count grows towards the 100+ range, it gets more and more challenging to find a given query in the 'List Queries' window. having the default view sort the queries by name would be a

Is there any way to limit selections in the owner field to a queue (and not workers)? The goal is to insure that an incident always has group visibility and accountability for automated time based notifications. As multiprocess incidents may get reassigned to several other individuals or queue/g
