@Reecardo: No error, we're just missing a bunch of generators @Aryanos: The task tray icon wasnt present, so i reopened the task tray tool and restarted the extensions. Still no dice.

Thanks guys! You both helped me get to the solution. I created a new Application Pool and changed the credentials with which the service ran and voila. Runs like a champ. I wish i could mark both as the solution :).

I actually changed the name of the folder to match the INF file, and got rid of some extraneous data in the the driver folder and tried to add it once more. That worked. it also created the CUSTOM folder that you mentioned previously. No longer ...
