I just tried repairing and I did run into an error while the repair was going on.  It finished after I clicked Don't Send and said that it repaired succesfully though. I will attach the error screenshot I took. Maybe this will be helpful.

I tried to export to another drive and that didn't work either.  But when I export to the same drive I have been trying with an older package, everything is ok. So the drive has the correct rights.  Thanks.

Yes this server is part of the domain.  But I don't understand what you mean by adding the IUSR account to users group.  Do you want me to add IUSR to my domain users?
