When I run the install package executable, it runs another executable that is completely unrelated.  The other file name is focusxp.exe.  Not even close to the right thing...

There is no SEP_INST.LOG file created.  I'm not sure that it even gets that far.

Turns out one of the administrators had turned on time access, so the back up user was not allowed to log in to the server until 6 am so it would have never started before 6 am because it could not login.  Changed that and it runs fine.

Am I sure it's running?  I know it's not.  It never initializes.  BackupExec tries to initialize it, but it times out before it goes anywhere.  Obviously, it shouldn't take 300 minutes to initialize a batch file, so I'm ...
