In case if you are running Opscenter 7.1.0.2 , we do have an E-Tract for it that states  "Alert generation for 1 Job Finalized alert policy stopped working."   Please open a case with Symantec to get the EEB .

Let me know when it says ," Partially connected " , Is it any specific data collection it fails for . Also make sure that correct agent path is provided in Netbackup Master server Properties in OC console .

Please check below link to check list of EEB'S installed .   C:\Program Files\Symantec\OpsCenter\server\EEB.info      Also , Disabled / Enabled data collection and have a look at 148 logs  with verbose 6 .

In case yo want to have multiple reports sent to your E-Mail as a Single report / Attachment . You can use Opscenter Dashboard .Though I believe you cannott schedule reports in dashboard .

Yu did not mentioned Puredisk version .    Would suggest you to upgrade OC to 7.1.0.2 . If that's not possible , atleast install EEB from below Technote ...
