You might be able to right click the iexplore.exe executable and run as another user. Log in as the other user you want the console to be presented as.

I have tried. I didn't get very far though. It looks like it's using some dedicated code to do what it does. Admittedly I didn't try to hack too far into it to make it show what I wanted.
