Thanks for taking the time to make this video.
Just a small note, 11.x clients actually download the index2.xml file. The index.xml file is there for backwards compatablity with 5.x agents.
The two files are basically identical (so all the information in the presentation is accurate). The index2.xml file simply has some additional information related to LiveUpdate.
