Video downloads under investigation.
Hello,
Unfortunately, I don't have the video available in mpeg format for download. Currently, investigations are underway as to how we can make downloads available to the community. Our first step will be to provide a downloadable version of the video series that is branded as Symantec Connect

MP4s now Available on Symantec Connect
Hi Everyone,
Just a quick update to let you know that going forward I will be providing mp4 versions of user videos as well as the videos that we produce here on Symantec Connect.
We had to do a little work on the backend to accomodate, but we are all set to go now. Since we are just starting this process now, there are a few videos around Connect that may not have mp4s. If you run across a video that you would like to be able to download, just send me a note and we'll get that up for you.
Attached above is the long-awaited, downloadable mp4 version of Digbug Diag.
Thanks,
Eileen
