Backup Exec 2010: Deduplication

When I click on any of the videos it brings me to the thread of comments but I dont get to watch the video.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong?  I am using IE8 and have cleand out my history.

Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce the problem that you are encountering.  My initial recommendation would be to try a different browser, other then IE.

I had tried three different web browsers, and still not able to run your video, Is video link broken?

I was able to view Archiving and VM videos without any issues.

I've tried to see the video with ie8 and firefox 3.5 but everytime I get the message "video unavailable".

Sorry to hear that there have been so many difficulties viewing this video.  I'm going to investigate further and also see if we are able to post a downloadable version of the video.

where is the video ???

@salamz, we fixed the video code. so let us know if you still have trouble watching :-(

After further investigation it appears that the video was playing fine in some browsers and not appearing in others.  I have made some adjustments and it should be playing fine now.  Let me know if you are still having trouble and I'll post a downloadable version.

Video worked fine for me (Firefox, OSX 10.5.8) Thanks for posting this, it’s much easier to explain deduplication to my clients after having it explained clearly to me! These videos are really helpful for me as I’m not a ‘presentation’ person by nature, but after watching these I feel more confident when explaining certain technical topics to clients.

At the beginning I was very sceptik to backups, but after my PC and my server got hacked, I'm increased my security and start backuping everything on a weekly basis.
