Backup Exec System Recovery 8.5: A P2V2P Use Case

In this video, I'm going to show you how easy it is take advantage of the Convert to Virtual feature found in Backup Exec System Recovery to convert a recovery point to a VMware virtual machine. I'll make changes within the virtual machine, and then restore it back to the physical computer using Symantec Recovery Disk, also part of Backup Exec System Recovery.
This entire process is sometimes known as P2V2P which stands for physical to virtual to physical.

I'm not sure, but wouldn't the change from P->V and V->P trigger Windows anti-piracy hardware checks and ask for activation again (twice)?
Yes, you're correct. The activation portions (and much of the startup routines) were removed simply to keep the length of the video down and help focus the user on the task at hand which is P2V2P.
Hi Friends
We are taking file and folder backup through BESR 8.5. My problem is when i try to recover my files and folders through last backup, it will restore only files not folders. Please tell me how can i restore the folders also.
