Hi, nice video explaining new SIM, you should extend an advanced one (or provide a link to if existing) with the "settings" features, support packages, and check "product listing" XML file source.
We notice we already got some trouble the SIM self-upgrade and once was not switching to the new version v2 product listing, as it should be:
