This is an overview video that walks through the new Symantec Installation Manager (SIM) upgrade process in 7.1 SP2 MP1. In this video, we will review the old upgrade process and compare it to the new upgrade process. We will also walk through the new upgrade process.

Hi, nice video explaining new SIM, you should extend an advanced one (or provide a link to if existing) with the "settings" features, support packages, and check "product listing" XML file source.
We notice we already got some trouble the SIM self-upgrade and once was not switching to the new version v2 product listing, as it should be:
