This is a how to video on deploying the software packages to Mac client computers.
The video explains how you import a .zip software package into software library, generate the installation command line, and then create a Quick Delivery Task to deploy the software package to your Mac computers.

Thanks for the video. Very clear and helped me figure this out.
Thanks for the video. Very helpful, however I have followed the steps here and have attempted to deliver the package created but it fails to install. In Software Delivery I just get an error that says 'failed' no codes or other useful output. Looking at the Mac console I see "[0x0-0x431431]com.altiris.ui.AltiriAgent[16532] missing value"
Any suggestions to understand what is happening would be welcomed. Note that if I copy the pkg in zip format manually to a machine I can extract it manually and install without problem
Hi,
When you construct your command line you can use Redirect output option(to redirect output to some file), to see if there is some usefull info. Also I recommend you to open another thread, where we can resolve your specific issue.
Thanks,
Andrei

I'm looking for someone who has already done this that can help me out. The software I'd like to deploy this way is Final Cut Studio. I know this is a large program to deploy, but if I can't do it this way I'm forced to manually install it on the lab computers, which is about a weeks worth of work.
I seem to have this working, but I can't figure out how to deploy the individual software installs I'd like.
Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
