How about the policy management? is it simpler.
I had not seen one since we are using corporate.

Could we able to download videos from symantec rather than just accessing to from the site realtime?
There are many good videos on symantec about spam but cant download.

There are some FLASH download utilities available on the web. Howevevr, getting it directly from Symantec will ensure us that no copyright infringment takes place.

We could but it is unethical.
And besides, I know Symantec would be willing to help us on this.

by the way, I saw some podcast that could be downloaded from Symantec.

Nice to see small business recognized as it's own niche, with it's own product needs. Others, like say, Oracle, haven't seen the light...even when they have a small biz product, the pricing is too high, or the support too stripped down. Thanks for thinking of us!
