PSTDisableGrow is one of the most common registry keys pushed out to Outlook clients - usually via Group Policy Policy.  Administrators roll it out thinking it will simply stop users doing things with PST files.  In this video you'll see that it also cripples the Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-in.
