In Image Property - > Preview, the text in not in English. Needs correction.

Why do I need to first upload
Why do I need to first upload the image to Image Property and then into the discussion forum.

I am not able to upload
I am not able to upload images on the connect website.It just says Image upload sucessfully and i do not any option.
The Image Property screen pops up then i browse for the file select the file..I get a message image uploaded sucessfully ..thats it..
Nothing happens after that..
