Yes, technically.  Though I am not an expert to any degree, I know that Metrix can connect to any data-source and multiple data sources.  Thus, you could connect to ITMS, several ITMS's, and external systems as well (e.g. SCCM).

Metrix is an aggregator - Business Intelligence aggregator, and accordingly is intended to be independent of other packages.  It is used, for instance, in government organizations to get an overall view of where $$ is flowing - across all packages of software used to manage said $$.

So short answer - Yes.  Go to them though to find out how.  The author is the RIGHT place to go for more information, or to the web site: www.metrixdashboards.com

Have you found what you are looking for and questions answered?  I can put you in touch with the author and arrange a demo if you are struggling to get MetriX running.  Let me know if you would be interested in that or at least speaking with the author (creator) of MetriX.
