Symantec single video player.

To manage computers with Symantec Endpoint Protection Centre, you can export client installation packages at the SPC.  You can export packages, send email to users with links to the packages, or deploy the packages directly to the machines without exporting any packages.

Further, you can create install packages as either a Single EXE file or an MSI package.

Agenda:

  • What are Install packages
  • Types of packages
  • Ways to export & deploy the packages

The video never loaded, I had to manually download it.

Other than that, I think that it is really great that an Administrator can specify "Unknown" if they don't know whether the package will be deployed to a 32-bit or 64-bit computer.
