Hello,
This Video is on "How to Install Symantec Endpoint Protection v. 11.x from the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager v.12.1?"
Issue: You may have purchased Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 12.1, but need to manage SEP 11 clients for certain computers in your network.
One common case: You have computers with Windows 2000 Operating System in your network environment. SEP 12.1 does not support Windows 2000 Operating System, but SEP 11 does.
From where can a SEP 12.1 administrator obtain the older SEP 11.x client?
This Video explains the same.

Gr8 one Mithun..
Even Thumbs UP from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Thumbs up" from me.
Here is a helpful link to the official article on this subject, where all of the steps are listed:

ALSO: I strongly recommend that whenever there is a new release of SEP 11, its package is imported into the SEP 12.1 SEPM and deployed to those older computers which are still running SEP 11. (Upgrade them from SEP 11 RU7, for example, to SEP 11 RU7 MP3.) This will ensure that all clients in the organization take advantage of the latest enhancements, fixes and improvements. Here's instructions on how to accomplish this:

Or, if there are only a handful of SEP 11 clients, upgrade them via a client-only patch:
