UPDATE: Following some changes to the architecture of the Mobile Management Solution, the associated project files and report have been updated. (See parent article). It is important that you take into account the following changes when viewing the video:

1)      At 1:23 seconds, note the report name has changed. It is now called ‘Mobile Device Summary with Geo Info.xml’. The UdID, MDM Token and MDM Magic fields that were referenced in the video are no longer required. GUID is the only item needed to run the Mobile actions.

2)      At 3:15 seconds, note the web service is now called http://smp_fqdn/Altiris/MobileManagement/SSC/DeviceActions.asmx. Importantly, this web service is now on the SMP server (not on the MMS server - in the event that this is separate from the SMP server). The web service supports both iOS and Android device communication.

3)      At 5:00 seconds, note that you will need to add your unique credentials to the component called ‘Specific Credentials for Mobile WebService’ in the Workflow project. This is the blue ‘chess pawn’ icon on the Workflow palette.
