Widestreets has taken advantage of Symantec's partner led services model.  While Symantec has significantly enhanced channel enablement programs to support channel partners’ consulting services capabilities it still takes partner participation and buy in to make services delivery a reality. Enhancements such  as service-delivery IP (documents, methods, and tools) in addition to the PartnerAssist program have made a huge positive impact on this partner and its customers.
