I tried to do application in SVS.
After launching the (ICON)application it is giving an error "0x80040154" By gooling i found that its an"CLASS NOT REGISTERED"...
How to solve that error ?

This a rather vague question, have a look in the windows eventlog, or see what the application designer has on his own forum/site.
