The Coordination Point Server serves as an arbitration point for the Veritas I/O fencing module and provides an alternative to the SCSI-3 coordinator disk. It has the advantages of serving as a coordination point for multiple application clusters and is particularly economical for campus clusters. In this screencast, you'll learn how to configure the Coordination Point Server on a single node hosting Veritas Cluster Server 5.1.

Thank you for the useful video, it was very informative. We certainly need more of these videos where they explain to you step-by-step. It is so much easier for everyone. I’m very thankful that there are videos out there that explain exactly how you should do it.

Thanks a lot for including the video in the article. I find the video handy as it shows a step-by-step guide on how to configure a Coordination Point Server 5.1.
