Symantec single video player.
This is a how to video on using the Rulesets & Email templates import / export project for ServiceDesk 7.5. This allows you to import & export your Change & Incident Management rulesets and e-mail templates. In this video you will see how to use the project to successfuly export your rulesets & templates from one server and then import them into a second server. With this project you should be able to reduce the amount of time spent configuring rulesets & e-mail templates between your testing & production environments.

+1 for a great idea! This usefulness of this cannot be described.

However, there are some minor gripes here. Page titles should be filled out everywhere; just makes for a cleaner finished product. Failure to write an export file also gives no feedback, really. If you are paying attention, you notice a different result message than a success, but it should indicate an error, either with text or color (or both!). Lastly, there should be a note that export path (and likely import path, though I haven't tried) must end in a backslash.
