This is a how to video on using the Rulesets & Email templates import / export project for ServiceDesk 7.5. This allows you to import & export your Change & Incident Management rulesets and e-mail templates. In this video you will see how to use the project to successfuly export your rulesets & templates from one server and then import them into a second server. With this project you should be able to reduce the amount of time spent configuring rulesets & e-mail templates between your testing & production environments.
- 04/16/2014: Added an updated ImportExport package for ServiceDesk 7.5 SP1. This updated package includes the ability to import & export Problem Management rulesets & e-mail templates. It also addresses the additional security functionality added with ServiceDesk 7.5 SP1.
