Simple Custom Process Search and Advanced Custom Process Search are Symantec Workflow web form projects created by the ITS Partners Workflow team as custom integrations into Symantec ServiceDesk. Josh Brown, Workflow Engineer for ITS, discusses how the Simple Custom Process Search allows for the searching of the title and the description of processes and to find processes where an specified user of ServiceDesk is listed as a contact. To perform a more customized search the Advanced Custom Process Search is designed to give searchers the ability to select his or her own search criteria for each search that is performed.
