AutoSupport provides proactive and automated support experiences for appliance customers. When enabled, AutoSupport proactively monitors appliance hardware components, automatically creates support tickets if necessary and forwards them to partners/support teams to expedite issue resolution. With AutoSupport, appliance issues get resolved even before the customer becomes aware of the issues.
