Symantec Protection Centre Web Based Console

Symantec Protection Center is a Web-based console that enables you to access and manage multiple supported Symantec products. The console also provides visibility and analytics across products as well as providing useful security feedback and attack statistics.
The console provides a single sign-on screen for the following registered Symantec products:
Symantec Endpoint Protection
Symantec Critical System Protection
Symantec Web Gateway
Symantec Brightmail Gateway
Symantec IT Analytics
Symantec Data Loss Prevention

Hi.
Im not able to find anything regarding this "error".
I have used this protection center once but a long time ago, so i cant remember my accountname or password.
Do anyone know how to "reset" this?
I like what Symantec is trying to do with this but I'm unable to use this feature. The Dashboard and reporting work ok, but when I click on the Symantec Protection Center(upper left) and then select the SEPM, it takes me to a new page,"Initializing Please Wait" and then the error:
Internal Error
Check log file for details and the stack trace. You can increase the tracing level by setting TraceMgr.level=10 in conf/TraceMgr.properties file
When I talkes to Symantec Support they tell me that this feature is ONLY for Symantec Small Business Edition. If this is the then why include it in the Ent. Edition. We use four different SEPM and this would be helpfull to use.
Anyone else having this problem.

Are you referring to the WEB interface right?
For me the "standard" java console is working fine....

Is this simply a reporting portal? I was hoping to leverage all of the data for my Symantec products together from one location, now THAT would be awesome!
