Thanks. I think you should have more videos to expand your products better. It will save a time instead of reading manuals a specially nowadays when IT support staff have to handle a lot services and sometimes don't have time to read hundred, thousands pages just for backup. I am not saying that we don't need manuals stiil need them for more a detail configuration but the video occasionally help you when you to do it quickly as default.
This should be addressed to Symantec. I think you are under the impression that I am a Symantec employee, but I am not. All the Trusted Advisors on Symantec Connect are not Symantec employee. In fact, being a Symantec employee would disqualify us from being Trusted Advisors.
