A video focusing on benefits that Enterprise Vault brings to end-users.
Nice video explaining the benefits of SEV. Can be used to "show" potential customers in a few minutes what SEV can do.
Remark that I would like to make w.r.t. this is the experience I have with enduser acceptance. A lot of "benefit logics" are set around backend optimization (smaller footprint Exchange, File etc), legal and compliancy (organisation is "on-top" of the information) and searchability (single enterprise search for users and auditors).
However what we see is that a user doesn't think that way (unless an organization really informed on the reasons why it's implemented, the benefits AND CHANGES w.r.t. daily use etc). If it smells like outlook (or explorer), it looks like outlook, users EXPECT that it acts like outlook (or explorer)
Even with succesfull integration (Shortcuts, Virtual Vault and now also IMAP) in these platforms, users find the "boundaries" of the tool very often. One example: Virtual Vault was introduced as "the next best thing", but changing message status like reminders / flags / read status when archived was considered as a big issue with many customers I faced.
What I mean to say is that we should NOT forget the fact that even a small change in the default working behavior of a user can lead to an everlasting "frustration" about all the little things that are "ALMOST" (but not entirely) Outlook (or explorer)...
We tend to forget this and only focus on the (backend) business benefits.
