After install Symantec DLP 11.5 am not able to view any new Incidents, can any one give me the solutions for this.
what is the policy you have set ? is there any response rule? is it getting triggered?
try restating the DLP services.

on what module is this occuring on?
like pete said make sure all the services are started confirm that the DB is not full.
also make sure there are no firewalls in place blocking the ports for the modules to report in.
i have had to box a box before to get them to show up.. other question is the backlog of messages?
Please check ur role administrator/incident reviewr as admin has no previlages to see incidents details but he can see incidents ID . Can u see incident ID.
Check policy defination w.r.t vialation.
