SEP SBE 12.1 lost password

Hello there,

we just upgraded our 12.0 SEP SBE Edition to 12.1.

After upgrading, the logon password for our admin user does not work anymore.When I click on "forgot password" I have to enter the username (in our case admin). After clicking ok the console says "you are not allowed to reset you password"

Any ideas? Can somebody copy the content of the resetpass.bat here?

resetpass.bat tool is available on symantec support team you can raised support ticket and get this tool.

You could also log a case with Support to receive resetpass.bat file.
