Licens- & support-fornyelsesprocessen

We use different methods to drive customer license renewal efficiencies for channel partners in our SMB customer segment.

Renewal opportunities for partners can be found on the Renewal Portal and partners will receive email notification 60 days before any of their licenses are scheduled to expire.

Customers will be alerted about their license renewals through:
  • Email notifications sent 60 and 30 days before their license expires, on the day it expires, and 20 days after it expired. The e-mail encourages the customer to renew through their preferred partner, and provides the partner's contact information, license information, suggested renewal SKU, and expiration date.
  • Letters sent 30 days before the license expires, with similar information as the email notifications.
  • Phone calls 60 days before the license expires, where they will also be encouraged to renew through their preferred partner
