PMS 7.x - Unable to import patch: import of available vendors software and language failed.

Environment

ITMS 7.x, 8.x

Cause

Proxy server settings were not configured in the SMP.

Resolution

The problem will be solved after configuring Proxy and enable the "Enable keep alive" setting and entering the credentials:

  1. The proxy settings can be configured in the SMP Console > Settings > All Settings > Notification Server > Notification Server Settings > Proxy tab.
  2. Check the "Enable keep alive" setting and enter credentials, Save changes and test PM Import
