After installing the Symantec Protection for SharePoint console, you cannot see it listed in the Sharepoint Central Administration page. 

When multiple Sharepoint Servers exist, the Symantec Protection for SharePoint console must be installed first on the SharePoint server that is running Central Administration.

Remove all current instances of the Symantec Protection for SharePoint console if necessary, and reinstall the SPSS console starting with the SharePoint Server that is running Central Administration.  The SPSS console should then be visible in Central Administration, under Operations.
