CannotInitialize - Startup initialization of the tool has failed.

CannotRegisterAssessmentEngine - Failed registration of COM service ("STPatchAssessmentSrv.exe")

PatchAssessmentFailed - Failed run of Patch Assessment engine (review error code with this Exit Code, for it may be relative to permissions [0x80070005], or some other means of failure)

CannotParseAssessmentResults - Could not parse results of Patch Assessment engine run.

CannotLoadPatchCatalogFile - There is no (or could not parse) the "catalog.xml" file.

CannotSendInventory - Could not send inventory information via the NS Agent.

CannotGenerateFileResults - Could not create output XML file with results of the Patch Assessment.
