Symantec pcAnywhere Access Server, when used in conjunction with Symantec pcAnywhere, facilitates the discovery of and connection to multiple pcAnywhere hosts from anywhere regardless of location or network configuration.

• Allows hosts to be discovered and “docked” to the Access Server from wherever they are, minimizing or eliminating potential challenges introduced by DHCP firewalls or NAT devices
• Detects when host machines are online and available for connection, regardless of location or network configuration
• Enables Web access to host devices regardless of host location
• Eases remote access management by enabling logical arrangement of available hosts by customer, organization, or department
