The company can now fail systems over locally within two minutes and is providing 99.999 percent uptime for its ERP, CRM, and email systems. In 2009, Quadra Chemicals added remote replication capabilities to reduce its RTO for disaster recovery to a projected 15 minutes. The company also uses Symantec solutions for data protection and mail security, resulting in 100 percent successful restores and 99 percent successful spam blocking.
