Please have your Store notification, license or certificate that contains the voucher or serial number on hand, as you will need to enter the number in order to redeem and access your training.

Corporate Pass or Altiris Voucher

What is a Corporate Pass?

1. Find your Instructor-Led course(s) using the Symantec Education course catalog.

2. When you find the course, date and location you need, click the "Schedule" link for the offering to add a course to your cart.

3. A login page will appear. Sign in using your Symantec Education username and password.
If you do not have a Symantec Education account, please create a new account by clicking on the "New User" link.

Note: The Symantec Education account is different from the Symantec.com or Symantec License Portal accounts

4. After the Terms & Conditions page review your order, then click the Confirm button at the bottom right of the page.

5. On the Billing Information page check the "Voucher/Certificate/Serial Number" box, and a "Voucher/Certificate Number" field will appear on the page.

6. Enter your Corporate Pass or Altiris voucher number, then hit the "Place Order" button.

7. You will see the Order Confirmation page and will receive a course confirmation email.

Education Pack

What is an Education Pack?

1. Find your Instructor-Led course(s) using the Symantec Education course catalog.

2. When you find the course, date and location you need, click the "Schedule" link for the offering to add a course to your cart.

3. A login page will appear. Sign in using your Symantec Education username and password.
If you do not have a Symantec Education account, please create a new account by clicking on the "New User" link.

6. Enter your Education Pack voucher number, then hit the "Place Order" button.

7. You will see the Order Confirmation page and will receive a course confirmation email.

Remember to redeem your complimentary eLearning courses.
Each Education Pack includes free eLearning courses. Use the same voucher number to redeem one or all of the free eLearning courses associated with your Education Pack anytime before your Pack expires:

eLearning Subscriptions: eLibrary, Tech Center or Web-Based Training

1. Select your eLearning product from the menu below and click on Go.
2. A login page will appear. Sign in using your Symantec Education username and password.
If you do not have a Symantec Education account, please create a new account by clicking on the "New User" link. The Symantec Education account is different from the Symantec.com or Symantec License Portal accounts

Note: For Web-Based Training you will first see a list of all available courses. Hit the "Schedule" link for your course to access the login page.

3. After the Terms & Conditions page review your order, then click the Confirm button at the bottom right of the page.

4. On the Billing Information page check the "Voucher/Certificate/Serial Number" box, and a "Voucher/Certificate Number" field will appear on the page.

5. Enter your voucher/certificate/serial number, which is located in the middle of the certificate you received (see certificate sample 1 or sample 2) , in the Voucher/Certificate Number field and hit the "Place Order" button.

6. You will see the Order Confirmation page from which you can access your Tech Center or web-based course immediately. You will also receive a redemption confirmation email (see sample email).

To access your eLearning at a later date
Go to http://www.symantec.com/en/ca/business/training/, click on the Login to My Training link on the right column and login. Once logged in, click on the View My Enrollments link on the left navigation bar and click on the "Launch" link for your course.
