Renewal SKUs

Twelve-month Renewal SKUs for the Express, Government, Academic, Rewards, and Enterprise Options licensing programs are included in Symantec Price Lists to help simplify quoting and ordering processes. Orders may be placed that include Initial Maintenance SKUs, Renewal Maintenance SKUs, and licenses on the same purchase order.

Renewal Identifications (Renewal ID)

The Renewal ID is our preferred Renewal Proof of Purchase (POP) and links renewal notifications and quotes to the original license purchase. It is included in renewal notifications and quotes sent to customers and can be obtained from the Renewal ID status report.

Obtaining SAN numbers for your customers

The SAN Lookup Report helps you validate whether a customer is currently enrolled in the Rewards Program with an Active SAN (Symantec Agreement Number) along with the purchasing band for which the customer is currently authorized.
Note: If Band information is not listed, the SAN is active, but the customer has not placed their first order. The number of points on the first order will determine the customer’s Band.

The Symantec Quote Generator helps you quickly generate quotes containing product SKUs and MSRP prices for Symantec products across the four main licensing programs. Quote Generator is available in 10 languages, and quotes can be downloaded, printed, or emailed directly from the tool or saved for future use.
