1. Join the Symantec Partner Program
Partners must be a member of the Symantec Partner Program as a channel or distribution partner to participate in the SMB Specialization.

2. Your location must employ at least 1 individual who has successfully achieved the Symantec Sales Professional – SMB Specialization.
This accreditation is comprised of 4 Symantec Sales Expert awards. Partners must take any 4 courses and assessments that best suits their business focus:
Free, online sales training and accreditation is available through PartnerNet
via the Symantec Sales Expert program, located in the training section.
3. Complete your Enrollment - Accept the Online Accreditation Agreement
Once you have accepted this, you will receive the relevant SSE Awards for the above completed courses.
IMPORTANT: Assessment scores normally post to CertTracker
within 2-3 business days. Once your first assessment score posts to CertTracker, a CertTracker account will automatically be created for you and you will receive an account activation notice via email.
4. You will receive a welcome email with information of how to access program benefits.
